Quote and payments

Tour Ireland can quote you for your tour package in any of the following 4 currencies:

Please note however that we only charge in euro. Prices in other currencies featured on the website are there as an indication only and are subject to fluctuation.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Irish/UK Laser/Switch cards and American Express. You can make a payment by calling us on:

Deposit payments

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all tours. This is charged at the time of booking.

Final payments

For self-drive and chauffeur drive tours we require that the remaining balance is paid at least 6 weeks before your departure date.

For escorted bus tours we require that the remaining balance is paid at least 12 weeks before your departure date.

No amendment fees and No cancellation fees!

You can rest-assured when booking with Tour Ireland that you're in safe hands. Our team of Ireland experts have years of experience and are on hand to provide you with the exceptional customer care you expect.

We will do our utmost to facilitate any amendment requests that you may have either before your departure or during your stay in Ireland, without charging any amendment fees. We will strive to accommodate any requests you may have but for changes made during your stay or as soon as 7 days before the start of your tour, we will have to incur a charge per reservation depending on the scale of the amendment.

Not only that, but we understand that planning a holiday can be stressful and we understand that sometimes things don't always go to plan. So if circumstances arise where you have to cancel your booking with us - so long as you give us at least one weeks notice - we can either hold your credit for you so that you can reschedule for another date or transfer it to a friend/relative. (The below terms and conditions apply):

More than 6 weeks before departure: 20%

6 - 2 weeks before departure: 40%

Less than 2 weeks before departure: 80%

Cancellation Fees (Escorted bus tours)

Cancellations must be advised in writing by fax or e-mail to Tour Ireland prior to departure during normal business hours (9.00am to 5.30pm GMT, Mondays through Fridays).

Cancellations received within 70 days of departure date are subject to the following penalties on the land portion:

Between 70 days or longer: Forfeit deposit

Between 69 and 46 days: 25% p.p.

Between 46 and 8 days: 35% p.p.

Between 7 and 1 days: 100% p.p.

CIE reserves the right to cancel any guaranteed coach tours. In such an event, customers will be offered either a transfer to an alternative date at no additional land cost or a 100% refund of all payments made to CIE Tours.
 

Promotions & Discounts

If you receive notifications from us through e-zines or Social Media channels on discounts, money off our Tours- unfortunately the discounts can only apply to new bookings made, we're sorry but if you have already booked with us, we can't discount any existing bookings in our system. But do keep a look out for our e-zines as we'll have some hints, tips and updates about Ireland!

St. Patricks Day promotion - discount applies to Combination & 4 star hotels & Country Manor packages Only - minimum 2 people booked. Valid on enquires made until the 22nd of March! Escorted tours are excluded from the discount.
